Refund policy

Digital downloads

All Oleo Studio products are digital files, delivered by email right after payment. Because the files can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete.

Problems with your order

If your download link doesn't work, a file is damaged, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll send you a working file or refund the duplicate charge.
